The anonymous information generated by Google Analytics cookies about your use of this website is transmitted to Google – not HR4. This information is processed to compile statistical reports on website activity for this site. These reports are used to evaluate aggregate visitor usage to optimise the content, and its marketing, to better meet your needs.

We abide by any "do not track" or other privacy choices made by individuals when using our websites or online services.

This information is used to provide our services to our customers. HR4 will never sell your information to a third party, or share it with any other organization for marketing purposes.

HR4 may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals. This information could be for various other uses for HR4 and third parties.

HR4 may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist HR4's uses disclosed herein. Personal information about staff of HR4's customers and staff of those customer's dealer or retail networks is shared with the staff's employer, and where HR4's customer is an entity selling product through a dealer or retailer, to that customer. HR4 does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.

We may use subcontractors located in Canada or the United States to process and store personal information. More information can be obtained from our Privacy Officer.

Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information. HR4 follows security standards to protect the confidentiality of personal information so it is used for the intended purposes.

Individuals may review their personal information contained in HR4 files by contacting HR4's Privacy Officer. If you believe that any of your personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

HR4 may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. If such amendments affect how HR4 uses or discloses personal information already held by HR4 in a material way, HR4 will obtain consent.
